A full-body massage for expectant mothers to relieve the pain or discomfort from pregnancy including back pain, and relief from foot pain. Pillows and supports are used to ensure comfort and relaxation throughout the session.
Massage focusing on specific muscles relating to a sport/physical activity. Deep Tissue, Stretching, and Range of Motion can be included. Used to increase the athlete's performance, for pre-event, post-event, or for on-going maintenance.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is a natural therapy in which warmed stones are positioned on parts of the client's body to maximize the therapeutic benefit. The heat from the stones helps your muscles relax, allowing the massage therapist to manipulate your deep tissues more effectively.
Simply put, reflexology is an ancient Chinese technique that uses pressure-point massage (usually on the feet, but also on the hands and ears) to restore the flow of energy throughout the entire body.
Massage received on a massage chair where the client is fully clothed and areas such as the back, neck, shoulders, and arms are worked on. They are a great introduction to massage.
