Swedish/Classic Western Massage
Focuses mainly on relaxation and stress reduction. Strokes tend to be long and flowing, and pressure and technique are specific to the client's preference.

Deep Tissue/Specific Massage
Not just a massage with deeper pressure, but rather a session focusing on the deep layers of muscle tissue. Best for relieving chronic patterns and/or muscle tension throughout the body.

Pregnancy Massage
A full-body massage for expectant mothers to relieve the pain or discomfort from pregnancy including back pain, and relief from foot pain. Pillows and supports are used to ensure comfort and relaxation throughout the session.

Sports Massage
Massage focusing on specific muscles relating to a sport/physical activity. Deep Tissue, Stretching, and Range of Motion can be included. Used to increase the athlete's performance, for pre-event, post-event, or for on-going maintenance.
